In July, the Transportation Services Index (TSI) climbed 1.5 percent from June’s level to 98.8, according to the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS)…“The first Freight TSI rise in five months is a sign an economic recovery is beginning.” said U.S. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood in a prepared statement.
